The snowshoeing activity takes place in the high Andorran mountains. The Andorran Pyrenees is a space where we can find big ski resorts, but also lonely and quiet valleys and mountains, perfect for snowshoeing. The routes we take visit snowy forests, frozen lakes and beautiful high mountain landscapes. Discover impressive places such as the Circ de Pessons, the Vall d’Incles, the Vall de Ransol or the Entorn’s mountain…
We will meet at 10:30 at the meeting point, the guide will be waiting for you with all the necessary material prepared. We will introduce ourselves, present the activity and how to use snowshoes and poles.
We will start walking, passing through dreamy places that we can only reach thanks to snowshoes. We will also discover the vegetation that surrounds us, the animal’s footprints that inhabit these places and we will talk about how they can survive in such an adverse environment.
At midday we will stop at a place with impressive views to have a picnic.
We will finish the circular route discovering new places in these mountains.
We will return at 2:30 pm after four hours discovering this beautiful and inhospitable landscape.
